how to achieve the same effect as the label function in sketchup, which is displaying the dynamic drag label effects before clicking to set label，like below
Apply either the ‘Tex’ tool or the ‘Move’ tool on the existing text label.
They both give you the oppertunity to drag the text around in space.
The ‘Move’ tool together with inferencing (on axes, face, edge, etc.) helps to better control the label location in space, better than with the ‘Text’ tool itself.
