You’re running into SketchUp’s minimum face size issue. Use the Dave Method to model that.
BTW, it would be easier to see that you have issues with your geometry if you defer applying materials until after the geometry is completed correctly. Note with the Face Style set to Monochrome there are obvious missing faces.
