Having issue access my subscription

Hi, I purchase the student version through the creative engine in May 2019. When I first tried to login, I have no issue switch off my trail account to subscription account. I haven’t use the software for a while, and today when I try to access, I couldn’t. I keep getting my trail is expire.
I need help.

You need to click on the plans and members area which says ‘purchased through …’
Assign yourself under the ‘Members’
