I’d like to find the intersection between arc and guides as we can do with arc and edges.

I would also like to use Guides to find True intersections and Tangents on arcs or circles:
It would be perfect that drawing an edge on that guide would break the arc into two, as it does now, but while the same starting point would be kept, the new endpoint, would be the true intersection point. Like this:
