Can you upload the LayOut file? When I send your file to LayOut and set the viewport to that scene, I see it the right way up.

Possibly a graphics card issue? Go to the Intel site to get and install the latest drivers for your GPU.

It’s probably due to the graphic card. I’ll investigate in that direction.
PS: I did try to export to pdf, but this did not solve the “flipped” guidelines

I have not seen this issue before and I would have directed you as DaveR has.
What Windows version are you on?
