Hello,

I’m making my first steps on sketchup web with the main tutorial SketchUp for Web: Fundamentals
[https://learn.sketchup.com/courses/take/sketchup-web-fundamentals-part1/downloads/31934169-sketchup-fundamentals-exercise-files](https://learn.sketchup.com/courses/take/sketchup-web-fundamentals-part1/downloads/31934169-sketchup-fundamentals-exercise-files)

At point 7, “arcs and circles”, there is a “platform” on which we draw a rectangle from which we extract a vertical panel. This panel gets some holes in it and then, the instructor triple clic to select and group the panel.

My concern is that when I triple clic, The whole platform + panel are selected : what was wrong ? How can I select only the panel I just created, independently from the platform it was created from ?

The platform would have been made a group earlier in the series.
