Grayed-out Surfaces

Hi, most of my surfaces went gray on one side. They are not “reversed”.

I cannot alter these surfaces with texture or color. Everything was fine until I imported a 3D potted plant so I am not sure if that is the issue but I got rid of it and it did not fix the issue.
