Google Plus shutting down?

I heard Google Plus services are shutting down in March - can anyone else confirm, and does SketchUp have any plans to replace their service on Google Plus?

We do still post to the Google+ page, but everything there can be found on our other social sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn…) if you need to keep your stream of SketchUp flowing steady, you can catch the same content on those platforms!

I already follow SU via LinkedIn, so that should be fine.
