Google for Education not recognized by SketchUp for Schools

I am an I.T. Administrator for a K-12 District and our Makerspace teacher has requested to use SketchUp. However it seems our Google Domain is not being recognized as Google for Education when we have the lisence for it. Is there a process or form I can fillout, maybe someone a phone number/email to contact for further support?

Hi @blee97, sorry for the delay in my reply. I got caught up editing a video for our next batch of lessons and lost track of time. I am happy to work with you to get you up and running as quickly as possible. I just need to know your domain and get confirmation you are a k-12 school or equivalent. A link to your school or district website is also nice but not technically required.

Anyway, just reply to this post or send me a private message if you don’t want to link your domain on a public forum and I’ll get you added to our database of approved domains as soon as I can!

Our domain is West Sonoma County Union High School District (WSCUHSD) and our website is https://www.wscuhsd.org

Thanks @blee97! It came through perfectly that time. I’ll get you added right now and by the time this post is live, you will be all set to deploy the app. Just make sure you don’t miss any steps as you do the deployment as that can cause errors later on.

I followed the instructions but now I am getting stuck with an infinite sign in.

Thanks for the quick reply @blee97! I checked our servers and everything seems to be working on our end and double checked our database to make sure that the domain is correct and in the right place and it all looks good. This means that whatever the issue is, it is on your end. Naturally, if you followed all the instructions already and have enabled cookies and pop-up windows, we will need to do some troubleshooting.

Can you let me know what browser and OS you are using? Once I know that I can try and point you in the right direction.

Hi @blee97, I jsut wanted to circle back around and see if you had a chance to find answers to my questions yet. I am eager to get you up and running again and with Trimble dimensions and 3D Basecamp coming up soon, if we don’t act quickly to resolve it, it might be a while before we have time to do so again.
