Having trouble in that there seems to be a disconnect between the instructions and what I find when following them
And there is nothing to share.
At the moment, I don’t think much of the folks who put this interface together. Yes, it has a lot of moving parts for collaboration on large projects, but why is it’s most simple task so convoluted to achieve?
I’m not sure what you are showing. Go into your Project. Open the model you want to share. Look for the Folder icon at the top. Click it and select “Open Explorer” link. The model will have a checkbox next to it (on left). Click that. Then look to the right side of the explorer. The share button is the ‘people plus’ icon. Then follow options in the manual you linked.
The screenshots shows projects, not files. You share projects by inviting team members. Inside the project, you can share individual files, but not folders
