# Getting a LayOut Quit Unexpectedly error

**Problematic URL** :

**Description of the Issue** : When trying to send a SketchUp file to LayOut or alternatively open Layout to import, the application immediately closes and sends a LayOut Quit Unexpectedly error message. I’ve tried all of the suggested help that Google offers, including an uninstall/reinstall and it keeps happening.

**Selected Version of SketchUp** : 2026

**Selected Operating System** : Mac
