I use SU for residential (architectural) design, have done so for many years. Took a hiatus recently (6 months) and now cannot even get signed on.
I run Windows 10, 56 GB RAM, on a Dell machine.
Followed troubleshooting suggestions, set Google as default browser (was MS Edge), closed all previous SU versions, paid up thru 2026.
At a loss, will really appreciate some advice. At this point am hunting for landmines in the dark…with a hammer!
Are you getting a message when trying to open SketchUp about too many authorizations? If so search the forum there are numerous theads on the topic.

Got that cleared up.
Think perhaps that Trimble remembers me accessing SU from another machine and that has to be deleted. Will try that next.
