I am hoping there is a way to accomplish my goal using SketchUp and it’s extensions. I have georeferenced, high resolution imagery that I am using to create footprints for an existing city block. Then I’ll extrude the footprints to create general featureless blocks that represent buildings. I have used the high resolution imagery because I need the footprints as accurate as possible, and since the imagery is georeferenced, I would like to export my model with that geographic information so I can add it to ESRI’s Arc. Preferably as .dae, but I can work with anything that SketchUp can export as. Is there a way to do this?
