Geolocation sketchup 2016 not working

Hello,

I recently downloaded and installed sketchup 2016 to geo-locate a model.

It all works up until the terrain is imported into the model. There is a group with invisible contents that should be displaying the terrain. Iv tried going to file>geolocation>show terrain to no avail. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

It would be easier to tell you for sure if we could see the model file or at least a screen shot. As a wild guess, though, check the face style is set to Shaded with Textures. You’ll find it under the View menu.
