i couldn’t find the purchase option to import map. The preview shows, the subtotal is calculated base of size, but no purchase button option in order to proceed with the import, thanks for any help.

If you are importing that big an area, and only at a zoom level of 18, you could use Digital Globe, and get the same level of detail for free.
If you have that large area only to make sure you go over 200 tiles, you could increase the import level slider, to as much as 21, then zoom in a lot closer to the area you need.
That aside, the Purchase Tiles button is below the bottom of your screenshot:
If you don’t see that, try to make the add location window be taller.
