Geo-Location does not lie perpendicular to axis

#1

When adding a location from GMaps, the default location places on the origin of the workspace, however it is slightly off centered. After unsuccessfully trying to use the Move and Rotate tool, I came here. Any suggestions?

#2

Could you share the location info? Lat/Lon?

Are the axes in the default location/orientation?

#3

Each and every location (snapshot and terrain groups are both locked) is/are slightly off axis, depending on your location.on the globe.

#4

They can vary substantially in some parts of the world.

If you really have to have the borders of the map imagery parallel to the axes, it would be better to trim the image and its underlying geometry than to move the axes.
