I started a free trial of sketchup go (for my iPad) earlier today. It seems exactly the same as the free web version I’ve been experimenting with the past few days. — Should I see differences?
For instance I’m wanting to turn on “click move click” for my Apple Pencil but settings has no “pencil & multitouch” option.
Could it be that when I open up my drawing it’s actually opening up the free web version? Maybe the free trial takes a while to be active?
The equivalent options on iPad are Just Draw and Click-Move-Click. It’s in Preferences under Pencil & Multitouch.
The Just Draw option feels more natural most of the time.

Unfortunately there’s no “preferences” in any menu. And Just Draw nor Click-Move-Click show up as an option under Settings. Maybe my choices are limited because I’m working on a 2nd gen iPad that can’t be updated beyond OS 17.7.11.
The iPad is my primary “computer” but I have access to a MacAir. Does anyone know if SU Go would have greater usability on the MacAir?
Settings is Preferences. Are you able to choose between the two, and see which one you like?
Nope. That option is not available. More and more I’m thinking that being limited to OS 17 is giving me reduced functionality.
