I hope all is well! Can you take a look at this image of a student’s Free Sketchup File, Please? Files that students have worked on are blocking the screen when trying to work on a specific file. Those files will open if they are touched by mouse. Super weird!
There’s not much we can do by watching the glitch, I’ve seen similar glitches when there are objects placed far from the model origin or if the model is too small.
@MVincent | Would you be open to sharing the SketchUp file here in this forum thread?
Just to clarify, when students open a file, this file is supposed to have only one object, This is true in the image I shared. The other objects are from other files that are showing up on this file. If the student clicks on the other objects, the file for that object is not on the screen.
Hmmm. I’m having trouble understanding the issue based on the description you’ve provided so far. Could you send a screen video of the issue in action?
