for context the boards are 1.5" thick x 166" long with a curved front. After the edges are rounded with a 3/4" radius, the board bugs out and creates weird geometry that when you try to delete, it in turn deletes the face on the board. I checked the board with solid inspector2 and they check out fine, nothing wrong with them. any advice on how to correct this and keep this from happening? i wouldn’t mind some one-on-one help with this.
It’s hard to see what’s going on in your screenshot but FredoCorner sometimes has issues with the geometry. RoundCorner will often work better in those cases. This has to do with the different methods used for the rounding.
If you share the .skp file it’ll be easier to help you out.
how do i share it? I tried to upload the file, and it won’t let me, says it’s too big
Upload it to DropBox or Google Drive and share the link.
