I am using Sketchup 2023, and for some reason, the Fredo6 tools on surface is not showing in my toolbar. It looks to be installed.
Do you have the current version of LibFredo6 and the Sketchucation ExtensionStore installed? Do you have a license for Tools on Surface? Those are all required to be able to use it.
Please update your forum profile. It says you are still using SketchUp 2021.
Yes, I believe I have the updated version. I checked to see if there’s a need for an update, and it doesn’t show that one is needed. Yes, I purchased the Fredo6 $40 license bundle that includes tools on surface. I don’t know why it’s not showing.

I don’t know where that is. Is it in Sketchup, or the Extension Warehouse?
Do you have the Sketchucation ExtensionStore installed? Have you quite and restarted SketchUp?
In the menu under FredoTools.
Round corner is the only one that pops up.
As I told you it’s required. See the screenshot from the page for Tools on Surfaace.
I’m using a Mac and for some reason I can’t find Preferences so I can upload the Sketchucation ExtensionStore. 
It’s supposed to be under Sketchup, but it’s not there.
You don’t do that in SketchUp’s Preferences. Go to Extensions>Extension Manager>Install Extension to install it.
FWIW, Preferences are under Settings in the SketchUp menu but again, you don’t go there to install extensions anyway.
If you have restarted SketchUp then Fredo6_ToolsOnSurface should appear under the menu items Tools>Fredo6 Collection… you will need to license it after its trial-period…
