Forum appreciation post

Im trying to learn a new bit of software called Fuzor. Its really powerful and does some great stuff but ■■■■ getting support is difficult. They have a YouTube channel and a dead reddit page.

Their “support Package” is a mere 1,425 USD and for that you get 10 incidents of support (up to 30mins)

I have spent half a day trying to solve a problem. If it was Sketchup this forum would of solved my issue faster than I can make a coffee.

Bless you Sketchup forum (also if anyone knows how to use Fuzor let me know I’m still waiting on support from China)

What does the software do?

Update:

Sorry - I just did a google search. It seems very impressive although a little bit over my head.

That support seems pretty expensive although although if it saves you tons of time it will be worth it. I recently had a problem with some web design software I was learning, so I paid £80 for a 40 minute video session with an expert and it was amazing value, Sometimes you can learn more in 40 minutes than you could in a week with the right help.

Best of luck with your queries. :+1:

Support and Autodesk in the same sentence… good luck!

Fuzor is by Kallotech.

I feel like if it was Autodesk it might be easier to find someone to help (not so niche).

I’m paying the $899 for the 2 hours of training and the month trial. Still have an hour left.

Sorry, first hit I got was this:

So I assumed it was AutoDesk.
