The file opens in 2023 as well. Can you make sure 2023 is up to date? You can get the latest 2023 from here:
I could open and save the file, and send it to you, but without you being on the later 2023 it may still have problems.
Hola @colin hoy tuve un problema de energía en mi casa y al querer abrir el documento guardado me apareció el error de “failed to open document” intente recuperar de los archivos temporales y nada, también hice la prueba de cambiar la extensión de .skb a .skp y me sigue apareciendo “failed to open document” me podrías ayudar? es un trabajo muy importante. Adjunto ambos archivos. Gracias de antemano.

A 2023 file will open in 2022.
Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp?
About 80% of your .skp file is nothing but zeroes. There’s nothing to recover from it. The last third of your .skb file is also nothing but zeroes so there’s nothing to recover from it, either.
Where were you saving the file while working on it? Did you have a power failure? Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp?

Los archivos están dañados, ¿Dónde los estuviste guardando?, ¿Tal vez guardaste alguna copia en Trimble Connect? Si tienes una licencia pro o Studio tienes almacenamiento ilimitado.
En OneDrive, es la ultima copia, estaba trabajando en el y mi pc tuvo un fatal error. Al intentar abrirlo me salió ese error 
Es conocido que cuando estás guardando en un dispositivo externo o en la nube es muy posible que se corrompan los archivos, muchas veces puede haber un corte de energía, de conexión o un crasheo mientras se está grabando y el archivo queda completamente dañado, lo mejor es guardar el archivo en el almacenamiento interno de la computadora y también en Trimble connect una copia.

it opens in sketchup 2025 after some fixing. it is part of your subscription, just download it, install and login, and you’ll be fine.
once you’ve opened it, go to window / model’s info / statistics and purge. lots of trash in there.

There’s a bad group in the model but SketchUp 2025 can work around it. Update to the current version of SketchUp and you’ll be able to open your file.

Take a few minutes to clean up your model before you add more to it. Fix incorrect tag usage and purge unused content.
