Hoping someone can help with a very frustrating problem. I’ve been using sketchup for years but all of the sudden I can no longer alter my fonts. cant change the font nor the size the box that previously contained the types of fonts and size options now looks completely different and is totally blank
When did this start? When you updated to High Sierra? Are you using SketchUp 2017 Make as per your profile?
I was using 2017. when i searched for updated through sketchup it would always fail.
I redownloaded sketchup 17 and updated my os and now it works. thanks though.
It’s worth keeping in mind that SketchUp 2017 is not updated to work with High Sierra. It’s possible you may still run into issues. Others have done so.
