Follow me inside a ring

I am trying to make a chamfer on the inside of a ring but follow me created it towards the center and I want it to go towards the outside of the ring. I have successfully chamfered the ring on the two outside edges, but the inside edges is really giving me trouble. I attached the skp file

How can I do this?
