Back to my question. Is there a way to set those gap settings and make them default so I have a gap around the door or leaf as you call it. It was doing that when I first started recently using your extension but now it doesn’t.
Now I can either make a door the way I want it and save it as a component to my template and use the component finder instead of the extension bar or if there’s a way to set that gap to be default then I can keep using the extension bar.
For the 6 panel door, I must have followed the directions on the your site at least 6 times using the “scale definition” but still not working. The last image shows the the door itself corrupting without using Flextools. That was just from scaling the door only.
I do a lot of virtual rendering so the gaps are important to show certain things, like the door in this instance. The first picture is with the gaps off and no line showing the door along the hinges and strike plate. The second, of course, shows the gaps set on with 1” at the bottom.
I do commend you for having all these options in your doors and windows. What work that had to be.
