At present, we can control fill material in sections but only globally. You have to use something like the Skalp extension if you want something more sophisticated.
But suppose, beside a universal fill material you could opt for By Material so that whatever material you assign to a tag can be used. It would give a little more control. For example, you might have tags for Brightman Concepts such as Demolished, Retained, and New to signify structure that will be in one of those categories. Using Fill By Material would automatically apply assigned colours.
