Hi guys and gals. Any help (in understanding how) to reduce the file size would be MASSIVELY appreciated.

Make one helix, make it a component and radial array it so you have three copies of one bit of geometry. Rather than a mass of loose geometry.
Edit once I was at my PC.
Here it is at around 2mb, if it was a 2021 file it would be less than 1mb.
