I have been using Sketchup free for about a year. Today, when I open Sketchup, I can’t find any of my folders. What should I do ? I can’t log in to my account again.

What do you mean you can’t log into your account again. If you’re seeing errors on the sign in page can you post a screen shot?

I understood that Sketchup to reset all accounts.

Ah good to hear. Signing out restarting the app and signing back in should fix it.
