File Format for old sketchup drawings

I have a bunch of old sketchup drawings saved on my computer that I cannot locate. Does anyone know the file format that they would have been saved as? They are probably 5-7 years old from when you could download the free app onto your computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I know they are there somewhere.

They will have a .SKP suffix.
Backup files [a save-behind] are suffixed .SKB

Older versions of models should open OK in newer versions of SketchUp…
