Fichier corrompu

Bonjour, je suis nouvelle sur le forum.

J’ai un fichier d’un projet client corrompu, impossible de l’ouvrir. J’ai besoin d’aide

You should share the file (.skp and .skb). If you can’t add it to the post (image or drag&drop) because of its size, then upload it to a cloud (Dropbox, Wetransver, GoogleDrive etc…) and share the link with the appropriate permissions.

Someone will take a look and see if it can be recovered…

Hello, thanks for your help There’s the link : Unique Download Link | WeTransfer

an the skb link : Unique Download Link | WeTransfer

The good news is that the files contain data that is not zero, but unfortunately, I can’t open it either in Sketchup(s)
So, I’ll ping @colin for you, he has more/better tools for recovery… (You might have to wait to him until the weekend is over. He may not be able to recover it either, but he has a much better chance…)

**Thank you for your help. I will wait for Colin’s intervention. Have a good day.

There are a lot of times when even with extra tools I have, I still can’t recover a file. Fortunately this wasn’t one of those times. Try this:

The model had a material that had some problems, any recent version of SketchUp would have been able to cope. The more interesting problem was that there was extra data after the end of the file. I was able to remove that, and make the remaining data be a normal SketchUp file again.

Wouldn’t hurt to clean up your model before you gcontinue working on it. Fix incorrect tag usage, reduced excessively large textures and merge duplicated materials. Maybe you don’t need the table hiding under the house or the chair floating above it?

A cleaner and lighter model is less likely to have problems.

Thank you for your help. This help is valuable. I am delighted. Best regards.
