Failed to render garden model

Hi All
Wondering if you can offer any advice… I’m struggling to upload a model of a garden design. I had successfully uploaded the model minus a few plants prior, so
Have not changed too much compared to before

3D Warehouse - failed to render

It happened to me, too! I tried uploading the model so many times, I kept getting it non-stop! [bandicam 2021-10-25 12-19-55-318]

I’ve just had the same experience - model failed to render - when trying to upload a model saved as v2017.

Tried re-uploading several times. Seems to work in v2021, but NOT v2017.

I’m seeing the same thing although it shows the view of the model behind the message. I don’t think it has anything to do with the SketchUp version.

This had been fixed but as @colin suggests, the problem is back.

We have a new, somewhat overzealous validator running on the backend that throws an error on a perfectly serviceable GLB/USD file, it seems. We’ll be doing some work to get it to chill out and pass some of these transcoded files.
