I am using a MacPro 2019, Catalina intel Core i9-9880h cpu @2.3 ghz.
Could I add an external drive to run a AMD card to be able to view a skp file in VR using the oculus quest?
I think you meant external GPU? It helps, but you still need to set up a bootcamp to run Windows in order to use the Viewer.
Yes, exactly. I was able to do the bipartition, install Vray …so far, it is working 
but I bumped into this Apple page and it made me wonder…
