Exported PDF from Layout not Display/Print Correctly

I have created a 13 page document. 2 of these pages do not display and print the right margin correctly.

The information is there, but acts like it is somehow masked.
For if I zoom in, it appears. But printing the information, it isn’t
And it only does this for a couple of pages. I have unlocked and dragged across the area. Have not detected any phantom shape.

I typically export medium and no layers.
But have exported at highest quality with same affects.

Do to work place restrictions. I cannot upload file publicly.
I do have a slightly dumbed down file, which exhibits this behavior

btw, layout 15.3.331 is the version I am running.
