I have an issue when I export my layout drawings to PDF they are not in the correct scale. Can anybody help?
probably, but you’ll have to share a layout file with us.
Share the LO file and the PDF.
How do you know they are not to scale? Are you printing / measuring them?
When you print are you sure that the print driver is not using ‘fit to page’ - this trips people up.
They are planning drawings and others are measuring as a PDF. All layout drawings and scale bar look good.
Where are you measuring the PDF to check for scale? On paper? If so, what application is being used to print the PDF? What paper size? Does the paper size in the printout match the paper size set in LayOut? Is the PDF being printed with no scaling?
This is from Adobe Reader. With Actual Size selected the print should not be scaled from the original.

What size paper are you printing it on? Is it all viewports that are out of scale?
I notice a number of your viewports show that you’ve overridden the scene’s Camera properties. This is a good way to create more work for yourself.
BTW, your LO file and the PDF contain client information. You should remove those files.

Click on the pencil icon to the left of Reply at the bottom of your post and edit the text to remove the files.
What about my other questions? Is it all viewports that are not to scale? Or just some of them?
I dont know. I presume all of them.
I’ll send you a PDF I exported via PM. Can you check to see if the scale is any different? How much out of scale are they?

Unfortunately your drawings didn’t scale. None of the drawings scale correctly. What others see is below.
That screenshot of the scale bar being measure – what program are you doing that in?

Have you set the scale correctly in PDF exchange when you use the scale tool?
I send the drawings to another who is doing a planning application for me. Both my guy and the planner are having scaling issues.
If you don’t already realise…
There’s a lot of glazing in that proposed extension – make sure that you will be in compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations.
You might need to get a SAP assessment done.
