When I choose export as 2D image with file format as pdf or eps (with Cyrillic text) in 1st case after exporting it is not displaying a text correctly and in 2nd case eps can not be opened by Adobe Illustrator or other similar apps because of an unexpected error. But if I set Latin text everything works fine. Who knows how can it be solved?
I believe Arial and Time New Roman offer some Cyrillic support without font substitution kicking in…

No, I was trying to use this kind of standard fonts but no success.

does Print >> Save as PDF embed the font on windows?

Yes, with “Print as PDF” I can use cyrillic text.
