"Exceeded Allowed Activations" - Sticky seat

Hi All. I have been running SketchUp and LayOut on my personal laptop but have now been able to upgrade to a PC provided by the company I work for. The new PC came with everything installed and ready to go. I however cannot seem to get the laptop to release the seat so it can be accessed on the PC.

I have gone through all of the deactivation steps on both computers. I have restarted them. I have uninstalled and then installed SketchUp multiple times on the laptop. I have deleted the hidden .dat files as well.

I am now starting to get messages when I open up SketchUp on the laptop saying that the device is no longer authorized and to sign out, and then sign in again. I have also received a pop up in LayOut stating “You can continue to use LayOut, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file.”

In the seat/member management section in the account I can see that it says 2/3 seats are available.

No matter what I’ve tried I get the “you have exceeded your allowed activations” pop-up. Is there something else I can try? I have contacted SketchUp support and have not heard back yet.
