Everything is not shiny

I drew this but it failed Tool Inspector and I’d like to fix it before proceeding.

I drew a rectangle, 26.30 x 9.30

Used the offset tool by 1.0 to draw a smaller rectangle inside the large one.

I selected the geometry of the smaller, inner rectangle, and then used the ALT button with the move tool to move the small rectangle vertically 8.9

The resulting object fails Tool Inspector. There’s a problem with Surface Borders. How do I fix?

Figured it out. It was hollow. I drew a line from corner to corner underneath the base and that made it a solid object.
