For the last week or so, SketchUp has been crashing randomly and a message pops up saying to download an update off of the website, so I did that this morning, now when I open the system a message pops up and that is saying “this file is locked by another user, do you wish to open this file as a read only?” So I am wondering how to fix this so I can use it again.
