You shared the backup copy of the file. The last part of it is nothing but zeroes. There’s nothing to recover from it. Where is the .skp file? Share that. Where were you saving it while working on it? Your profile says you have a Classic license for SketchUp 2025. Does that mean you are using a cr acked version?
