What exactly are you doing? The path listed in the error message points to something that a normal V-Ray install doesn’t have. Crack?
textures alone are 2995.55 mebibyte = 3.14 GB, is it a complex model too?

That’s a pretty big file. It would be worth purging unused from the file just to make sure.
