I was able to recover most of the files. Three of the files, not included in this set, I was able to recover, but they crash SketchUp 2023 when trying to open them. I will ask a developer to look at that problem. Here are the other 31 files (doesn’t include the 000008 file I already sent).

Thank you for sharing the link. I have downloaded the files and they all prompt “File not found or invalid” when opened except for a few small furniture models. I have tried with both Sketchup 2022 and 2023 but I still get the same message. Do you know why this might be happening?

The file looked hopeful, I’ve recovered other files that were in a similar state. But, yours doesn’t recover in the same way. I have asked a developer to take a look.

We still haven’t figured it out, but some action that you did led to some of the geometry being messed up. Was there anything in particular you did to the model after the last time that it opened without a problem?
Same problem here - getting an “unexpected file format” error. I tried converting the skb. file to skp., but still the same message.

Where was your file saved? It’s known that saving on an external device like a IDV drive or external SSD or HDD as well as on the cloud can cause the file to get corrupted, the best is to save on your pc internal storage SSD or HDD whatever you have.
It was saved on my local hard drive, not on the cloud or a network.
