Error Message - Please Help :(

I’m using Shop on a MAC. I keep getting this message and losing my work:

RESULT/CODE/INVALID/CMDLINE.URL

I have shut everything down and started again.
I have cleared the cookies.

Does anyone know what else I can try?

I haven’t seen that error before, but first thing to try is another browser. If it works in another browser, and you’d rather use your favorite browser, look through this article to help clear some of the WebGL cache:
