I bought a sketchup pro 2020 for students and downloaded it from the official website.
After downloading the installer, what should I do when the “Install In” screen pops up and “Save License” pops up and it doesn’t load at all and the installation doesn’t work anymore?
I tried to force delete the file because it seems like there was a conflict with the previously installed file, but the file was not all installed in the first place, so there are no files to delete except the installer file. I am using msi prestige notebook. Graphical specifications have been uploaded below.
Try to rightclick on the downloaded file and choose ‘run as admin’
