how to fix pls
There’s nothing to fix. The message is just warning you that the model was created in a new version of SketchUp than the one you are using. If the model contains features that aren’t supported in the version you are using, they wonlt show. For example if PBR materials or Ambient Occlusion were used, those will be lost in SU2021.If you don’t want to see it update to the current version of Sketchup. Presumably you have a current subscription so you could update at no charge.
I mean, it’s not an error, just a warning. that the file comes from a more recent version. and that if you choose to open it, you may loose some data, or it may not be displayed correctly.
and the fix is to visit Download All | SketchUp | SketchUp and download the latest version.
But then again, I’m only paraphrasing the message.

reinstalling won’t change a thing. you’re using sketchup 2021 and you’re opening more recent files, so you WILL loose things that were made using more recent tech.
share your file. and show us what’s here / what’s not. but again, all the things created using tech that needs 22+ might be gone.
are you using a classic licence, a business licence or a subscription ? (when you start sketchup, bottom left, you can see your licence info)
