Hi, Having issues with Eneroth Slicer all of a sudden since updating, says ‘Eneroth Slicer isn’t licensed. Do you want to open the Extension Warehouse to get a license?’ tried clicking the link but either does nothing or bug splats. Still have 1 set available (not sure why the other 2 are active?!) Any help would be great thank you 🙂 ---

With extensions you’re allowed two installs, but the limit is still set to 3. I have seen issues with licenses where when you come to use that third one, an error happens. I increased the amount you can install, see if that helped. ---

Hi, Unfortunately not, still got the same error message though I can see you added another. Tried deleting and uninstalling too. ---

There is currently an extension license problem being looked into. Coincidentally it was Christina Eneroth who alerted the team about the issue. I posted a link to this topic to the internal discussion about the problem. I will let you know if the issue gets fixed. ---

Could you try again? You may need to uninstall and reinstall (close and reopen SketchUp between those steps), to give the license a fresh chance to be generated correctly. I believe that something was fixed on our end. ---
