This is an old fishing trawler that grounded close to the Øresund bridge in 2010. The owner didn’t pay for it to be towed and for years there was quite a bit of legal difficulties who had authority to do what while the boat degraded. Being so close to the bridge it was well visible to commuters and travelers
This looks to me as an electric motor driving a reducing gearbox that rotate the conical part at a reduced speed. That conical part possess a protruding cylindrical part and two holes that seem to be ready to accept more of these cylindrical parts. This could be some king of a propeller. Is it for a ship?
