Embedded Model

Hi,

I’ve been working from one sketchup file and importing different views into my LayOut file. However, when I clicked on one of the model viewports, instead of showing the file name from which I imported the scene, it says “embedded model selected,” and I can’t relink or update the model. What does this mean and is there any way to fix it so I can relink it to an updated model?

Embedded means that LayOut is looking at the copy of the SketchUp model embedded in the LayOut file, not the original SketchUp file.

Could you share the LO file so we can see what you’ve got going on?
