Educational floating licenses do not have an admin console?

good afternoon to the community

I have a question about the floating license for education

my sketchup authorized seller tells me that I can’t have the administration console to see my floating licenses because it’s for education and they also didn’t link my account to the product
Is this how this product works?

Yes, license monitoring was/is a commercial utility, it has never been available for educational licenses.
To prevent borrowing, one could edit the html dialog in the program files.
