Another reason I created SimpleDXF is that I wanted to avoid the excess baggage that the newer autocad versions give us when you want CNC compatible DXF’s
My DXF was about 6K for a complicated part. The built in DXF export from SU was about 6 Megabytes. For a decent size kitchen I produced around 270 DXF files adding up to 420 K and it took under 1 second.
With SU DXF export I had to choose each part one by one and export. After 10 minutes I had made a number of mistakes and then simply gave up.
