I set up an account but it has two profiles. I ordered PRO but Sketchup is only recognizing the free profile.
The Pro subscription you have is being used by the same email address you use in the forum. If you want to be able to sign in with a different email address, you can sign into this page with the email you do use in the forum:
When you get there, go to Members, and add the other email to the list. Once it’s in the list you can click on the three dots to modify what product access that email has.
